These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to mytechguy.dev and related offerings from Skynet Consulting LLC, doing business as MyTechGuy ("Skynet," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide AI systems integration, custom software, and related consulting. Specific scope, fees, and deliverables for client work are defined in separate agreements or statements of work. Information on this site is for general description and is not a binding offer.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with security or performance.
• Do not use the site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
• Do not scrape or automate access in ways that burden our systems without permission.

SMS program

If you opt in to SMS from Skynet / MyTechGuy, you authorize us to send customer care text messages (such as appointment reminders, support updates, and service notifications) to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not required to purchase services. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials are owned by Skynet or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Disclaimers

The site and any AI-assisted tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Outputs from automated tools may be inaccurate; verify important decisions with a qualified professional.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skynet and its members, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or SMS program. Our total liability for claims relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Skynet harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ohio shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
